- IP aggregation breaks an LSP into two segments.

- Router C is forwarding packets based on Layer 3 information.

- Aggregation should not be used where end­to­end LSPs are required, such as with:

     1. MPLS VPNs

     2. MPLS TEs

     3. Transit BGP where core routers are not running BGP
